VALIDITY OF THE SALE AGREEMENT, PRODUCT, AND PRICE INFORMATION
The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the e-store. The prices of the products sold in the e-store are indicated next to each product. A delivery cost is added to the price of products. All prices in the e-store are displayed in euros. The delivery cost depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery cost is displayed to the buyer when they place an order. Product details are provided in the e-store next to each product.

DELIVERY
You can order goods to the following countries: Estonia.
Free delivery within Estonia for orders over €45.

COURIER DELIVERY
The buyer bears delivery costs, and the relevant price details are displayed next to the shipping method. Delivery of an item within Estonia generally reaches the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
Delivery outside Estonia takes up to 7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods can take up to 45 calendar days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
After receiving an order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the e-store and return the goods within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in a manner allowed for testing the products in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the e-store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, a withdrawal form (link to the withdrawal form) must be completed and sent to within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer shall bear the cost for returning the goods unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., an incorrect or defective product). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that the goods are given to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the e-store shall refund the buyer all fees received from the buyer based on the sales agreement within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form.
The e-store may refuse to make a refund until the goods subject to the agreement have been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned — whichever is earlier. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the delivery method offered by the e-store, the e-store does not have to reimburse the buyer the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method. The e-store has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement with the buyer and claim the return of the goods if the price of the goods displayed in the e-store is significantly lower than the market price due to a mistake.

RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM
The e-store is liable for non-compliance or defective goods sold to the buyer which existed at the time of delivery of the item and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Unless discovered during the first six months after delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery.
If the e-store doubts that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, it must prove it itself. The buyer has the right to contact the e-store within two months by sending an e-mail to or calling +37258860364. The e-store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the e-store have defects for which the e-store is responsible, the e-store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-store will return all charges associated with the sales contract to the buyer. The e-store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

DIRECT MARKETING AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The e-store uses the personal data entered by the buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The e-store transfers personal data to the companies providing shipping services to deliver the goods. The e-store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer inserted their e-mail on the website and gave their consent to receive direct mail notifications. The buyer may cancel their consent to receive offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or following the relevant instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

SOLVING DISPUTES
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the e-store, these must be sent to or by calling: +37258860364. If the buyer and the e-store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure are available, and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee resolves disputes arising from the agreement between the buyer and the e-store. Investigating a buyer’s complaint by the Committee is free of charge. The buyer can also appeal to the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) of the European Commission.
