Why we should drink more water and what are the benefits of mineral water?

Water is an essential part of our lives, making up to 60% of our bodies. Since our bodies lose water constantly through breathing, sweating and digestion, it’s important to rehydrate by making sure we drink plenty of water/fluids.

Most mineral waters contain up to 25 naturally-occurring ingredients, which are very good for our health: bicarbonates and chloride, which support digestion; calcium, which helps us have strong teeth, bones, and muscles and a strong heart; iron, which is crucial for healthy blood circulation; magnesium, which helps with immunity and energy production; and sulfate, which supports detoxification.
